BlinkerPro Module

Blinkerpro X Module, Indicator Alert System. One of the things that happen a lot on the roads on motorcycles is riders forgetting to cancel their indicators once they made their turning, and unlike cars we do not have self cancelling ones. It’s something I come across a lot when I did CBT training and it’s something that can be highly dangerous if left on and that is where Blinkerpro and its Module comes into effect. Their module is a simple to install complete warning system that you wire to your bike via just 4 wires, and then you can pair …

Barkbusters Handguards

Barkbusters VPS Handguards with deflectors. I owned these for a good amount of time now, and brought them to give some protection to my levers (review due on these too) and also my hands from road debris. Now being bike specific they are really easy to install and took about 15-20 minutes to install, unlike many universal style ones which I have also tried now. You can buy also different style guards itself to add to these, I believe the ones I am using are the called VPS and I also added the extra additional section to add more height …

BPA Slack Setter

BPA Racing Official (Slack Setter). I came across this company and the “Slack Adjuster” product when I was looking for a way to keep my chain for my Vstrom 650 adjusted correctly. I am guessing most people know the basics of how to adjust a chain but getting that perfect setting is a pain in the rear end each time. All that measuring, adjusting, re-checking and adjusting again. In fact my local mechanic who I use for my servicing sets it perfect every time and once it starts to get loose again I will adjust it myself during services but …

Cardo Packtalk Bold

Cardo UK / Cardo Systems PACKTALK Bold.    Having the ability to answer phone calls and messages is must for me on my bike, not only that having some background music is something that makes any journey a pleasure and for that you need a intercom system. Now we all know there are so many different ones around and I personal have gone through a few myself, from other brand names too cheap imported china own system, and a lot work well, and give you the freedom of communication while on your bike.   I use a iPhone as my …

LED bar

LED tail light and Indicator bar. An amazing addition to any motorcycle. I have had mine installed on my Top Box rack, just under the top box itself, and wired up to my tail lights and indicators. I didn’t have it wired up to main light as being on all the time is making it very hot and I am worried it may overheat over time. Fitting it pretty easy off you know basic electrics, and with its sticky back it can stick to most clean surfaces without any issues. Once running it works really well, and for £13 it …

Oxford Heated Grips

Oxford Products Ltd – Heated Grips. This is my 4th Oxford product review and this one is the one you all know and use. So if I say who do your use when it comes to Heated Grips ? Yep only one name comes up here and that’s Oxford once again, no wonder I buy a lot of their products and this is no different. Oxford heated grips are the go to when it comes to keeping your hands toasty and warm, I personal used them on all the bikes I have owned and yes I recommend them to anyone …

Quad Lock

Quad Lock motorcycle mobile phone holder. Something we all use but finding one that works just right, doesn’t slip, slide, vibrate, and mounts were you like it is never easy. I have personal gone through so many different systems now from huge waterproof cases that mount with huge bendable arms, to slim line system that use rubber band style holder to mount your current case to its mount. The one thing in common is they just don’t feel 100% safe, or vibrate when going over uneven ground. Well not anymore since I gone over to the QUAD LOCK system. They …

PADS Detailing

Polished to Perfection Auto Detailing.  I always been one myself for maintaining and cleaning my bikes, and yep pretty much every time I take my little “Toothless” (V-Strom) for a ride, she will be cleaned on return. Why you may ask, part ocd, and part respect for her doing her job so well and wanting to keep her in top condition. So being this way it been a thing I wanted done is a professional clean to her, and when I looked around there maybe a few places to have it done, but wanting to respect local crafts I know of …

4D Licence Plate

4D Licence Plate from The Plate Gram. I have been looking for a while (Since owning the Vstrom) to replace my stock Licence plate that was branded heavily by the shop I purchased it from. I do prefer a clean simple non spammed plate. Now there are many places you can get plates from, most are show plates, which are not legal, and I did not want to head that route, so looking for legal stamp BASU plates I found a fair few 3D gel style ones but pricing wise was around £40+, and I then spotted the newer 4D …

Armor All Polish Pads

Armor All 3 Polish Applicator Pads with Handle. I brought these a while ago just to see if they would be more useful than a standard micro fibre cloth when using for an application device as a lot of higher end ceramic and graphine polishes require more controlled movements to apply their products. They were around £5.00 for the pack of 3 each meant to be used for different uses… Yellow Sponge Pad – To evenly apply. White Cotton Pad – To remove wax residue. Orange Microfibre Pad – To polish to a sparkling finish. While I decided would at …
