Oxford Products Ltd Brute Force Ground Anchor (OF439).

Like my chain this comes with a Sold Secure Silver rating which can help reduce your insurance. I wanted to make sure I used an anchor system with my bike but instead of being used direct on to the ground I wall mounted mine as this works better for my location.

The ground anchor is really well made, I have hammer tested this and it holds without any issue, even the paint took a good beating before it chipped. It comes with the main anchor side, 2 bolts and 2 ball bearings that you use when you finished fitting the unit and bolting it down, the bearing go into the bolt heads to stop anyone unscrewing the bolts ones there mounted.

I am really happy with this product and it really is a great cheap but strong product, costing around £25 it really worth every penny in my view, it takes all Oxford chains so no issue using with other chains too.

I would recommend this to everyone, not only based on price, but for how it transforms any stand chain and lock system into a very secure system which means you bike won’t get wheeled away without making some serious noise trying to cut the chain or lock used as the mount won’t budge if done right and bolted into concrete or brick.
