Armor All 3 Polish Applicator Pads with Handle.
I brought these a while ago just to see if they would be more useful than a standard micro fibre cloth when using for an application device as a lot of higher end ceramic and graphine polishes require more controlled movements to apply their products.
They were around £5.00 for the pack of 3 each meant to be used for different uses…
Yellow Sponge Pad – To evenly apply.
White Cotton Pad – To remove wax residue.
Orange Microfibre Pad – To polish to a sparkling finish.
While I decided would at least try them for what they said too I did find that they work very much alike, so ended up cleaning them all and re using them just to apply my polishes and protectors and using a more heavy duty cloth to buff with.
For applicator side this work amazing and with the handle that like a Velcro side grips well to the pads, and makes it really easy to get into odd shape panels, specially great on a motorbike then :). They are really easy to clean, just stick them in the washing machine with all my other clothes I use (keep a few weeks worth this way to get a good half load of dedicated bike cleaning cloths), do not put in with normal wash loads unless you are sure chemicals you use are safe. They been used a good 10 times each and still work really well, now ordered a second pack ready for when these wear out.
Price wise these are a must for getting a great base layer of polish/chemicals on any surface area, easy to apply, each to clean, makes them a great addition to your cleaning packs.
Armor All Polish Pads Update :- As I have owned this pack for a few years now I thought an update on my thoughts since owning it……
I regularly use this still and it remains a really great way to add some off the cleaning products I use, specially waxes. It does not stick so well now to the handle like it did and the colour is no longer bright but these are common issues with any style pad, but the key thing I personal get from using it, is that I have not had to replace it even though I have had a lot of use out of it.
Still say it’s well worth the money I paid, and still does what it says it does.
