RST Freestyle 2 Gloves

RST Freestyle 2 Gloves.

Now i have been using these gloves from RST for a good couple of weeks and I going to say that I think I have made the right choice. I am so impressed with how comfy they become, (yes not to start with as they were new and very rigid), they also have loads of protection but not at the cost of keeping you cool during this heat still, which was the reason I wanted them.

The armor side is amazing, and I can see these lasting a long time, the one area I specially wanted to upgrade was the good old velcro straps to keep them on, these came with a larger area to maintain they remain on and don’t come loose (unlike my older pair) hopefully they will last and not stop sticking over a short time frame. I normally would be lucky to get a year out of my summer gloves before I needed to repair the Velcro straps, so fingers crossed on these lasting over that.

What I did like was the addition these work with phone screens, as it saves time messing around not needing to take them off for simple things as setting up your gps or map on phone once you forgot to do it before adding on then gloves. Also the memory foam protection is not over kill but enough to give you support.

I really hope these will last but at around the price I paid (£45) they are great value for money, and I can see them withstanding an impact or slide well, and that’s the key thing, the extras like not getting hot and touch screen capability are all well and good but it needs that protection side first and these will do that. Great investment, and hopefully a lasting one.
