Bar end protectors, handguards.
I ordered these a while ago for my Forza, the packaging was cheap, (and cost of item £8) but the quality is pretty good, no it’s not the greatest but for the price yer above my expectations.
From my readings for my bike the stock bar ends screws are a little troublesome to remove, but I used a cloth and mole grips to get a good grip on the bar ends and then used an electric screwdriver and turn the bar ends with the mole grips at the same time which made it really easy to remove.
Now fitting the new ones, was not a simple case of, remove old ones and push in new ones for me as the handle bars already have a thread, so to work for me I needed to remove the part on the new ones that would go into the hole in handle bars and use the screw from my old bar ends and add a couple of washers to give a space from the throttle side so that the throttle would not stick when tighten up.
Overall it was a really quick job, spent more time sorting the tools I needed and getting the washers than fitting them. I got to say yes they look good, the quality is ok, if your wanting something that’s really robust then move on, these are more for looks I would say than strength in a crash, but over the stock system, these work well and look loads better, specially with the new levers I have. Not only they match in colour, the shorter levers work better than what it would look like with long lever (in my view).
