Own a DiscLock ?

How many of you own a disc lock for your motorbike ?

Now how many of you spent a fair wad of money to get a decent branded lock to make it harder to nick your bike ?

Now where do you place that expensive lock on your bike … Front brake disc by any chance ?

I’ll bet you do, is the most common way us bikers lock our bikes up, but stop… don’t do that any more …..It can take just a few moments for a thief who comes prepared to just cut through your disc itself and remove it along with your lock and then just ride your bike away, but that’s not true of the rear sprocket, as they won’t be able ride the bike away without cutting through the lock itself, which for us bikers means we have not waste hundreds on a high end locks for them to not even need to cut it.

Pass and share this to your friends, and get the word out there.

RiderScan Mirror

RiderScan parabolic safety mirror. I brought this a fair while ago and was something I used on my scooter (Honda Forza 125cc) for a way to cover my blind spots more. The RiderScan is a parabolic mirror that is mounted to the centre front of a motorcycle/scooter, this then allows you to cover them blind spot without even having to take your eyes off what is in front of you. As you glance to the RiderScan everything in front of you remains in your peripheral vision, the horizontal curve gives the rider 180 degrees horizontal coverage while the vertical curve …

After seeing the video about how this stuff works i was gobsmacked how good this stuff seemed, and how perfect it …

Motorcycle DVR (DV688)

Motorcycle DVR Dash Camera (DV688). This unit costs around £130 for the basic unit and around £150 with the added GPS module, and it’s the best money one can spend on my bike. I am not sure if you have read my past review on its little brother the DV188 but its the same unit but full waterproof including the main unit this time, which is what sets it apart from the DV188. Like any DVR camera system it basic job is to record video why you riding around, with dual 1080p cameras you get front and back video footage …

Motorcycle DVR (DV188)

Motorcycle DVR Dash Camera (DV188). This unit costs around £80.00, and its the best money I have spent on my bikes. Like any DVR camera system it basic job is to record video why you riding around, with dual 1080p cameras you get front and back video footage at a great 1080p rate which is plenty for number plate reading. The unit is easy (most cases lol) to fit, it main unit you mount wherever you like, under a seat (this part is not waterproof but the rest is) or like me next to my windshield screen, so rain doesn’t …

Oxford Ground Anchor

Oxford Products Ltd Brute Force Ground Anchor (OF439). Like my chain this comes with a Sold Secure Silver rating which can help reduce your insurance. I wanted to make sure I used an anchor system with my bike but instead of being used direct on to the ground I wall mounted mine as this works better for my location. The ground anchor is really well made, I have hammer tested this and it holds without any issue, even the paint took a good beating before it chipped. It comes with the main anchor side, 2 bolts and 2 ball bearings …
